Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada and the United States with select International destinations available at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1-3 business days
Delivery:
- Canada: 3-10 business days
- USA: 5-10 business days
Shipping times may vary during drops or high volume periods.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes - once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping promotions are announced during select drops and on orders above $250.

How does Rich Seven Brand fit?
Our pieces are designed with a Streetwear fit - relaxed, and intentional. Our frayed and stone washed pieces are true to size. We recommended sizing down for our Signature set.
Each product page includes a detailed size grid so you can choose with confidence.
What materials do you use?
We prioritize quality fabrics, heavyweight blends, and durable construction designed for long-term wear.
Material details are listed on each product page so you know exactly what you’re wearing.
Is Rich Seven Brand unisex?
Yes - Rich Seven is unisex by design.
Most of our pieces are created with universal silhouettes meant to be worn by anyone, regardless of gender.
That said, select styles are specifically tailored for men or women to achieve a more precise fit where it matters.
These items are clearly noted on the product page.
We recommend using our size guide on each product page to choose the best fit for you.
How do I care for my pieces?
- Cold wash
- Inside out
- Hang dry or tumble dry on low
This keeps your pieces looking fresh and holds the shape.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to limited drops, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
My item arrived damaged or wrong - what do I do?
Email is within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your name
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We’ll make it right.
DROPS & RESTOCKS
Do you restock sold-out items?
Certain pieces are limited and restocks are not guaranteed, while others are signature styles that may return based on demand.
If an item does come back, email subscribers are the first to know.
